Visit the “Giuseppe Verdi” Theatre, an unmissable experience!

Visiting the Teatro Lirico Giuseppe Verdi di Trieste, one of the oldest operating opera houses in the world is a unique opportunity and an unmissable experience. The visits are suitable for everyone, from schools of all levels (from kindergarten to the University) to fans of musical culture and, naturally, to tourists.

We offer the possibility of carrying out guided group tours in a variety of ways, in terms of content and also according to the age and interests of the visitors. Visiting hours agreed upon together with the visitors and are coordinated with the theatre’s artistic and production activity. The duration of the visit is approximately one hour.

Normally, we start from the foyer, with a subsequent stop in the stalls and route between the floors of the boxes (it is also possible to use the lift if necessary). On the second floor, you can visit the Sala del “Ridotto”. We continue to the tour with the choir room, the ballroom and, finally, the gallery, to then descend again into the foyer of the theatre.
